Cutting long vegetables into elongated segments With this practical and efficient part-insertion tool, elongated vegetables such as cucumbers, zucchinis, leeks, carrots, or smaller eggplants can be effortlessly sliced into segments. The mounting plate, equipped with three openings for part insertions, securely attaches to a table using a clamping mechanism. Once the appropriate part inserts are screwed in place, the long vegetables can be inserted vertically into the guiding tube above the cutting insert. They are then pulled out under the cutting insert as perfectly sliced segments. Thanks to the various cutting inserts available, the vegetables can be divided into different segments, such as: - Halves - Halves with the center removed (different center diameters available) - Divided into 4, 6, 8, or 10 pieces (in addition to removing the center) This space-saving tabletop device is particularly flexible and ideal for use in large kitchens.
